Cleaning
Clean your shoe using nothing but a damp cloth. Do not use bleach.
Do not immerse in water nor use washing machine. Dry in shade. Never leave your shoe to dry in the sun, in dryers or behind the fridge.
Caution when using products to shine on shoes such as grease or creams. They may not be compliant with the material the footwear is made off.
Cleaning suede shoes demands only a soft bristled brush.
Use and storage
Storing shoes for a long time without using them can deteriorate its components, resulting on sole's take off. Upper cracks, caused by a natural process called hydrolysis are not suitable for exchanges. Metallic or patterned insoles are subjected to natural wear.
Small folds caused by feet flexion are normal. High heel shoes increase feet pressure and can cause normal discomfort which does not imply a flaw. Painted and covered heels are friction sensitive and can be damaged by daily use and do not motivate replacement.
In case you identify a manufacturing defect, go to the store where you purchased the product carrying the bill of sale and the product and request the exchange.
